The latest DAO proposal is currently live for voting on Snapshot.
[OIP2] - Adjustment of OpenOcean's DAO Gas Refund
The aim of the proposal is to alter the current parameters of the rebate program to ensure long-term sustainability into the future. At current, a small percentage of wallets are taking advantage of the program, the original intention was to foster trading for individuals however at the current rate we would not be able to keep up demand for the full duration of the program. Thus, this proposal was introduced which not affect 90%+ of DAO stakers and wallets but will guarantee it's success into the future.
